Dr. Lo's daughter, Yvonne, founded Vitasoy USA Inc. in 1979 as a subsidiary of Vitasoy International Holdings Limited. In the early 1990's, Vitasoy USA acquired two tofu companies: Nasoya, the #1 tofu in the USA and AZUMAYA, the #1 tofu on the West Coast. More than 20 years later, Vitasoy USA Inc. has continued to prove itself as a leader in the tofu and soymilk markets.
